Hi, my name is Ronny. I am Evelyn's husband, and while she is the mastermind behind the peacecamp project, I am rather the allrounder taking care of all the organisational details entailed with such an event. I will be at the camp on and off, commuting between Vienna and Reibers. I was born in Argentina and am living in Vienna (with interruptions) since my childhood. I have two grown-up daughters and (so far) one grandson. I am looking forward to be with you all at peacecamp no. 11! See you soon ...

I am Evelyn. In the picture you see me at one of the places I love most on earth - Jerusalem, the city of all religions.
I live in Vienna, Austria, but am very attached to Israel, where I used to live for almost 20 years.
I believe that each single person has the obligation and the possibility to take part in shaping the world in which we are living.
If we want to live peacefully in a peaceful world, we have to contribute to make the world more peaceful.
I believe that conflicts between people and groups of people are unavoidable, but that we can - and have to - find peaceful, non violent ways to deal with these conflicts. I believe in compromise, respect, mutuality and sharing.
I believe that our past and our history have a great impact on our life, but that we must and can find ways to come to terms with the past and find positive, constructive and non violent ways to deal with the problems and conflicts of the time and places in which we are living.
I do believe that we can make the world change for the better.
I believe in the power of the youth and trust that the young generation may be able to resolve some of the issues which our grand parents and parents left unresolved. .
